Ahead of NHS England’s contract for Trinity GP Practice coming to an end we worked with the commissioner the service coming to an end, we supported the commissioner to review future management options for this service.

Whilst there were little or no changes for the majority of patients as a result of the re-procurement, we wanted to know more about people's experience of Trinity Practice, which is based inside Southport Centre for Health and Wellbeing.

We are co-commissioners with NHS England, which means it now plays a greater role in determining future GP services for Southport and Formby residents.

Lancashire and Midlands Commissioning Support Unit spoke with patients, carers and partners on our behalf during January 2016.
