How well our services perform

We monitor the performance and quality of all the services we commission in a number of different ways to ensure they meet the standards we and our patients expect.

As a CCG, we are also assessed annually by NHS England against a national ‘framework’ of assurance measures. Our strategies, plans and contracts set high standards for the organisations that provide our services. Their performance is then monitored closely and reported to each of our governing body meetings.

We also publish details of our annual assurance results and any other assessments that are relevant about the CCG or the services we commission.
