Five week course asks you to 'Think Differently' about mental health

Living Well Sefton, collaboration of various Sefton organisations and wellbeing partners, is running a free five week 'Think Differently, Cope Differently' course from Thursday 14 September 2017.

The course is designed to increase wellbeing through building resilience and coping skills.

The aim of this course is to help increase your positive thinking, promote goal setting, encourage problem solving and learn more about healthy eating and physical activity.

The course is held at St John and St James Church and Community Centre, 71 Bailey Drive, Bootle from 2pm to 4pm.

This course is open to anyone in Sefton who is interested in improving their sense of wellbeing. To book your place and to find out more about the course, contact living well Sefton on 0300 323 0181.
