If you, a family member or friend has attended the A&E department on a Monday–Friday between the hours of 8:30am–5:00pm you may have been spoken to and supported by a staff member known as a care navigator.

This would have been before you spoke to the staff on the front reception desk.

If you did, Healthwatch Sefton is looking for feedback on:

• Did you find the care navigators (staff) helpful?
• Did you use the iPad? How easy was it to use?
• Where you directed to use another service? If so, what was your experience of the service?
• Tell us your overall experience of your treatment and care at A&E?
