Health regulator wants to hear from you about Liverpool hospital

Friday, April 8, 2016

National health regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) is asking for members of the public to give their views on Liverpool Heart and Chest NHS Foundation Trust before its inspection.

Patients and families who have used the trust's services in the last 12 months are invited to meet CQC inspectors on Thursday 14 April 12pm – 3pm. This is an informal session, where inspectors will talk to people for a few minutes by the main reception at Walsh Road.

Inspectors really want to hear peoples experiences so just pop by. You can find out more by visiting the CQC's website

All this feedback – both positive and negative - helps the CQC build up a picture of the trust's current performance ahead of its formal inspection.

People's views may also influence where and how the CQC carries out inspections in the future.
