Today (Friday 22 October) we have launched a period of engagement regarding the constitution of the new Integrated Care Board (ICB) for Cheshire and Merseyside.

The letter on this page sets out our proposals for the composition of the Board and invites feedback from our partners by 5pm on Wednesday 10 November to enable us to meet rapidly moving national timescales.

To allow us to gather and consider views, we are asking that our partners share any comments or feedback via email to cm.partnership@nhs.net including:

• Name and organisation
• Whether or not our partners agree with the proposals set out for the Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board composition, including the fact that our proposals suggest a Board larger than national guidelines
• Any further comments partners wish to make
