Exercise update

The survey was live from November - December 2019. The results of the survey have now been published. Click here to view them.

You can also view a flyer here detailing feedback from this survey and actions that were taken to respond.

A follow up survey for SEND parents and carers runs from September to 2 October. Find out more here.

We are supporting Sefton Council to gather the views of parents and carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on their experiences of services. This includes education, health and social care services.

The feedback from this exercise will help us and our partners identify what is working well and where services can be improved.

How to get involved

Sefton Council held two parent/carer consultation events on 2 December 2019 to provide the opportunity for parents and patients to share their experiences and views face to face.

Parents and carers are invited to complete an online survey which will close on 18 December 2019. The survey should take between 10 – 15 minutes to complete.

To find out more about the exercise and to take part in the survey, please visit Sefton Council’s website.

Please note, the survey is available in different formats on request, such as large print, by contacting Jayne Vincent on 0151 934 3733.
