Following on from the SEND Parent and Carer survey that was carried out in November 2019, Sefton Council are inviting parents and carers to feedback on whether there have been any improvements in the help and support they are receiving from health, education social care and the SEN casework team in Sefton. 

How to get involved

Parents and carers are invited to complete a short online survey which will close on 2 October 2020. 

Parents and carers are asked to answer based on your experience of using SEND sevices to date.  There is also a free-text question where you can provide more information, and a larger survey in February 2021 will provide an opportunity for you to give us a more in depth response.
