Big Chat 4

Called 'strategy into action', this event focused on how we used people's views and experiences from previous Big Chats, Mini Chats and other public engagement activities to finalise our 5 year strategy for improving services.

Held on 19 November 2014, it was a chance to talk more with people about how we intend to achieve our vision for better, more joined up care, which is provided as close to people's homes as possible.

During workshop sessions, we asked attendees what they thought about this 'locality' model of care and how it might work for them.
