Access Sefton provide talking therapies for common mental health conditions, including: anxiety, depression, stress, phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic.

Treatments available in Sefton include telephone and online guided self-help, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and counselling.
