What do you think about healthcare?

Our patients and carers know the quality of existing health services from first hand experience, so it is important people tell us about what they think works well and where things need to improve.

How to share your experiences with us at the CCG

We collect patient experience information from all the services we commission and we monitor and analyse this data at EPEG, our engagement and patient experience group. This helps us to spot any trends or emerging issues as early as possible, so we can take action.

We also use this information when we are planning future services to understand what more we need to do to improve care.

So, if you have had a recent experience of local health services why not tell us about it? We welcome your views, good or bad, and we can also help with any issues you might have.
