On demand remote interpreting service
SignHealth & InterpreterNow have introduced an on demand remote interpreting service, BSLHealthAccess. This service allows Deaf people to have immediate access to British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters for communication with hearing people in any health settings or via the telephone, especially during this coronavirus pandemic - and it's free of charge. It's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All NHS health settings are included, such as GPs, Pharmacists, Hospitals and Dentists. Register and download the free InterpeterNow app to your device or access the service via the website - www.bslhealthaccess.co.uk
