We are asking as many people as possible to complete a short online survey about the ways you would like us to update and involve you in our CCG work. Date Exercise Ended - Saturday, October 21, 2017 We are encouraging Southport and Formby residents to give their views as part of a national consultation (NHSCC) about proposed prescribing guidelines for CCGs.
